To advance that mission, Kevin developed a proprietary system that blends design insight, modern construction technologies, and strategic value engineering setting a new benchmark in construction management.
In addition to Grattan, Kevin serves as Managing Principal of New York Wood Stairs and Grattan Steel, where he has overseen the fabrication and installation of highly customized stair systems for luxury townhouses, penthouses, structural steel systems, and commercial interiors throughout NYC. His leadership style reflects a deep respect for design intent while driving performance, efficiency, and build quality to the highest level.
